Shipping & Delivery

At the moment Post NL and UPS are very busy. Please note that orders are currently taking longer than normal. Due to the measures surrounding the coronavirus and the significant increase in online orders, delivery services are overwhelmed. They are doing their utmost to deliver everything to you as soon as possible but bear in mind that this can take up to 7 days.

Unfortunately we have no influence on this.  Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

We ship everything with UPS & PostNL

Orders over €100 are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands. For Belgium this applies to orders above €150. For orders under €100, shipping costs are charged at a rate of €6.50 within the Netherlands and €15.50 to Belgium.

With PostNL we always ship your orders by registered mail. Why do we do this? We only want our products to be delivered to the person who placed the order and not to a neighbour. A signature is therefore required. If you are not at home when the delivery person comes, it will be offered again the next working day or brought to a pick-up-point. You can then pick up your package there within 7 days with valid ID. A signature is also required when picking up.

Packages sent with UPS are also only delivered to the person who placed the order. However, the customer can opt for the package to be delivered to a UPS pick-up-point. We will always send you an email with the track & trace code. If it does not work out on that day, for example, you can enter a different delivery time yourself or have the package delivered to a UPS collection point. Both the delivery person and the pick-up point need a signature from the person who placed the order. Always make sure that you bring valid ID with you.

You will always receive a Track & Trace code from Post.NL & UPS so that you can track your package.

All parcels with a value in excess of €250 are sent with UPS because we know for sure that it will reach the right person :) We think this is very important.

If you want to place an order for another country please contact customer service to discuss the possibilities with us as this is certainly possible.

 

Delivery

Orders placed with Label Deluxe on weekdays before 4pm and within the Netherlands will be shipped the same day with PostNL or UPS. All going well, you should receive your package the next day. Unfortunately we have no influence over PostNL or UPS so there may be delays during public holidays or if delivery services become overwhelmed during sales periods. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. When everything has been processed, you will receive an email from us with the Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

At PostNL the shipping time to Belgium is between 2 to 3 working days. Often it is delivered the next working day, but always keep in mind that it can be longer. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

With UPS it normally takes 3 to 4 working days to Belgium. Often, it is delivered the next working day but that cannot be guaranteed. If you want a package delivered urgently extra costs will be added. These additional costs must be covered by the customer but can add up :).

 

Extra services from Label Deluxe within Amsterdam

Orders placed on working days before 4 pm and paid for immediately can be delivered within Amsterdam within 2 hours :). Ideal for a forgotten birthday gift, anniversary, etc.
