Right of Withdrawal/Exchange & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form (INSERT PDF) for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

To meet the withdrawal period you are required to communicate your intention to exercise the right to withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel the contract you will receive all payments you have made up to that point including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back by the same means of payment method used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately or no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that exchange is only possible for the same amount or more.

For Belgium and countries within the EU these rules also apply. The exchange of articles are for your own cost and account and the return of articles also.

If you want to exchange the product for another product, colour or item, you can indicate this on the enclosed return / exchange form. You can also email or call us and we will reserve the product for you.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are earrings that have been unsealed after delivery. For hygiene reasons these products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS

You will only be fully refunded if:

* The product is returned in the original packaging (if reasonably possible) with all accompanying papers.

* The product has not been used, damaged and / or worn.

* The product is returned with all attached labels / stickers / plastics (if reasonably possible). This is necessary because of the watch serial numbers which are required to prove authenticity.

* Any promotional product(s) supplied is returned.

As a customer you are responsible for neat and proper packaging of your return shipment (protect the product well and ensure that it cannot move in the box thus preventing damage). Add the completed return / exchange form to the package. Keep your proof of shipment safe.

 

Tips for sending your package

Always pack the watch properly in the bubble wrap in which the watch came in. If you return it in a larger box, make sure you put some filling in the box to ensure it cannot move in the box thus preventing damage.

Drop off your package at a postnl or other postal service. When you deliver your return, you will receive a shipping note. Always keep this shipping note well. So that you can keep a close eye on your package. Without proof of posting, we cannot be held responsible for missing items during a return. Within five working days after we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of the return package by e-mail.

Always check that all details on the parcel are correct when it is delivered to a postal address, such as recipient and sender.

Also, we are not responsible for returned items that you do not send back to us registered/insured, both repairs and normal returns. This is entirely your own responsibility.
