Eligibility for repair under warranty

For a repair under warranty, you are only eligible if you enclose proof of purchase and the warranty. The manufacturer's warranty begins on the date of your invoice and warranty card.

Not under warranty

The following are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty:

  • The glass, watchstrap, crown (with which you set the time), push buttons (for example on the stopwatch), decorative stones, case damage and battery are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
  • Damage as a result of improper handling, carelessness, accidents and normal wear and tear.
  • Water damage unless the watch is labelled water resistant. (We explain this further in the section titled “instructions”).
  • The warranty will lapse if the watch is opened yourself or by a party other than LABELDELUXE.

The warranty does not extend the life of a battery. Battery replacement is not covered either. The warranty is also immediately void if unauthorised repairs have been carried out by anyone other than the LABELDELUXE service centre.


Registering a repair

Report your repair to customer service. If you want to return it under warranty, please also state this in the email. This can be sent to [email protected]

When we have received your watch, we will check the watch and determine whether your complaint is covered by the warranty. If the watch is under warranty, we will send it back to the manufacturer. If it is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will let you know as soon as possible.



Repair service

We work with a partner who specializes in the watch brands we sell. These are skilled watchmakers and goldsmiths.

How long does a repair take?

A repair takes about 3-7 weeks, which depends entirely on whether the parts are available at our repair service and their availability. It also differs per brand and per complaint. We will of course keep you informed of this at all times.


If your repair is not covered by the warranty, we will charge for the repair. The costs also depend on the brand and what the defect is. We will send you a quotation.

* If you agree with the quotation and you have paid the repair costs, we will proceed with the repair. When it is ready, we will immediately return it to the address you specified.

* If you do not agree with the quotation and would like the item returned the cost is € 15, - research costs and €8,70 shipping costs. Once this has been received we will return the item to the address you specified.
