Placing an order
You can place your order with Label Deluxe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For queries relating to your order you can contact us by phone on working days between 10:00 and 17:00. You can also email us 24/7 at [email protected] and we will always get back to you as soon as possible.
Follow the steps below to order:
When you have found the right product, click the "add to cart" button. You can choose to continue shopping or go directly to checkout.
When all selected products have been added to your shopping cart, click on the “shopping bag” icon at the top right. Here you can see all the selected products. If you have doubts about a product and choose not to order it, click on the cross to remove it.
Once you have completed these steps, go to "place order". Here you then get a clear overview of what is in your shopping cart. Then, go through the ‘Discount code’ and ‘Calculate shipping costs’ steps. Once you have filled them in, go to complete order.
You will then be asked whether you are an existing registered customer or if you would like to be a new customer. Continue as a guest or as a registered customer.
Enter all your details such as your name, address and e-mail address. If the billing address is not the address to which your order should be sent, you can also indicate this. Then, click on the next step. Here you can indicate which payment method you wish to use. You may choose from iDeal, Paypal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Kbc and Belfius.
The last step is to check your order details and if you wish you may add a comment. For example, the gift is a birthday present and you would like it wrapped. We will ensure this happens.
Please also tick: By clicking on "Buy" I place an order with a payment obligation and I agree to the general terms and conditions.
You will then come to Mollie, our secure online payment platform. Mollie handles all our payment transactions.
If you have entered everything correctly, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. We also receive a confirmation of your payment and we can proceed with your order.
